Instructions for SDG&E Download
Please see instructions below for downloading and sending us your electrical usage information using your SDGE login and password.
If you have not set up online access, just call SDGE at (800) 411-7343 and ask for your kilowatt hour usage and electric-only billing amounts for each of the last 12 months, and email that list to us along with your address and contact information. If you have SDGE online access, and would like us to do this for you, just send us your SDGE login and password as permission to do so (no sensitive information can be accessed through your SDGE account).
Here are the download instructions:
- 1. Log in to your SDGE account online.
- 2. Click on “Usage”
- 3. Make sure your correct billing account and electric meter are selected on the drop-downs at the upper right.
- 4. Scroll down and find and click the “Download Excel” button (Make sure “Month” tab is chosen at the top, and click to “allow downloads” if your browser prompts you).
- 5. Now click the “Billing” tab at the top, second from the left and select “Billing & Payment History”
- 6. Click “Download billing history (Excel)” at the bottom.
- 7. These actions will have saved both files to your downloads folder. Just attach the files to an email and send to adam@aliveindustries.com.
