Instructions For SDG&E 15-Min Increment Data

Please see instructions below for downloading and sending us your 15-minute increment demand data using your SDGE login and password.

1. 1. Log in to your SDGE account online.
2. 2. Click on “Usage” on the top menu bar.
3. 3. Make sure the correct account is selected in the drop-down at the top right, and that the electric meter (rather than gas) is selected at the top left.
4. 4. Click on the “Green Button Download” button below the graph.
5. 5. Change the “From” date to today’s date last year.
6. 6. Change the “To” date to yesterday’s date.
7. 7. Make sure the .csv format is selected and click the “DOWNLOAD” button.
8. 8. It may take a minute, but the file will download to your computer. Simply attach that file to an email addressed to adam@aliveindustries.com and send.
